  • You must be 18 or older to use Autopilot.
  • AI workout and meal plans are suggestions, not medical advice.
  • Our liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
  • If you use your own Anthropic API key, you pay for its usage.

Welcome to Autopilot ("the App," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Autopilot you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other agreements presented to you within the App.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Autopilot is an AI-powered personal life-coaching platform that provides tools for fitness planning, nutrition tracking, meal planning, scheduling, task management, goal setting, health tracking, and grocery budgeting. The App uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate suggestions, plans, and conversational guidance.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and onboarding. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLAIMER

Content produced by the AI assistant — including workout plans, meal plans, nutritional advice, and health-related suggestions — is generated by automated systems and is NOT a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, fitness, or psychological advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any AI-generated recommendation. We disclaim all liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

5. HEALTH & FITNESS DISCLAIMER

Autopilot is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Health data you enter (injuries, weight, calorie targets, etc.) is used solely to personalize AI suggestions. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOPILOT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

7. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, DATA BREACH, OR DATA LOSS CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES, SYSTEM VULNERABILITIES, OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACHES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autopilot and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. USER-PROVIDED API KEYS

If you choose to provide your own Anthropic API key, you do so at your own risk. We store it to facilitate API calls on your behalf. You are responsible for any charges incurred through your own API key.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data after termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autopilot operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
