This Privacy Policy describes how Autopilot ("the App," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use our service.

a) Account Information: Name, email address, profile image, and password (stored as a secure hash).

b) Profile & Onboarding Data: Date of birth, biological sex, height, weight, activity level, occupation, sleep schedule, timezone, fitness goals, experience level, workout preferences, equipment availability, nutrition goals, dietary preferences, allergies, cooking skill, and weekly budget.

c) Health & Fitness Data: Workout plans, exercise routines, workout session logs (duration, calories burned, mood), injury records (body part, severity, restrictions, rehabilitation notes), and weight history.

d) Nutrition Data: Meal plans, recipes, food entries with macro- and micronutrient values (calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium), calorie targets, and dietary goals.

e) Task & Schedule Data: Tasks, to-do lists, calendar events, goals, and milestones you create.

f) Grocery & Budget Data: Grocery lists, item quantities, estimated and actual prices.

g) Group & Sharing Data: Groups you create or join, membership roles, and sharing permissions you grant to other users.

h) Conversation Data: All messages exchanged with the AI assistant, including your inputs and the AI's responses, along with any tool calls made during those conversations.

i) Usage & Billing Data: AI token usage, estimated cost per request, and total spending.

j) Optional API Keys: If you provide your own Anthropic API key, it is stored to facilitate AI requests on your behalf.

a) To provide and personalize the App's features — including AI-generated workout plans, meal plans, schedule suggestions, and coaching.

b) To process your data through third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) in order to generate personalized recommendations and conversational responses.

c) To track your progress toward fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.

d) To improve the App, fix bugs, and enhance user experience — including by reviewing conversation logs and usage patterns.

e) To communicate with you about your account, including password resets and service updates.

f) To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse.

a) Third-Party AI Provider: Your personal data and conversation content are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI service for processing. Anthropic's handling of this data is subject to their own privacy policies and data processing terms.

b) No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

c) Service Providers: We may share data with hosting providers, email services, and other infrastructure partners necessary to operate the App, under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

d) Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

AI Data Processing Consent

• Your health details, injuries, meals, and chats are sent to Anthropic's Claude to generate coaching.
• Anthropic's own privacy policy covers how it handles that data.
• The AI can make mistakes and is not a medical professional.
• Without this consent, the AI coaching features can't work.
